Can't nobody cook baby back ribs
like Double Aces can! For a taste
of heaven, through a pig, bite

since I'm not in Texas, I brought
the Texas flavor to northern
Virginia. Time tested techniques
and some family secrets have
produced the "best dam ribs"
you've ever tasted. Baby back
ribs are the crown jewel and it
would be hard to find ribs that
taste better.

Texas secrets have reached the
DC/MD/VA area. Of course you know
that real Bar-B-Que originated in
the great state of Texas. Some
people can't reach that state so
the flavor has been brought to
you. There are many ways to cook
meat (steamer, oven, and of course
the grill) but the true secret is
in the seasoning. With baby back
ribs, a time tested rub (10
different ingredients) is applied
and the ribs marinate for at least
14 hours. Once cooked, a family
secret sauce is applied and the
"best dam ribs" are created. The
taste of the meat along with the
sauce will have you coming back
for more. Along with baby backs,
spare ribs are done with the same
method and our briskets are just
as good. Special seasonings are
applied and the true method for a
good brisket is cooking it slow
and long. After a minimum of 10
hours cooked at a low temp, the
brisket comes out as soft as wet
paper.
